QotD: A Long, Long Way From Home

Where is the farthest you have ever been away from home? Did you get homesick?

ah, a simple yet warm question it is ne.. nice question ^^

so where is the farthest i've been too?
mm...well it might not that far (since it's still in Malaysia) but the farthest for me was Perak(or is it Penang?)  <--- bad at geo..hmm <_<  since it's a single-day class trip only it was fun and of course there's no way it can make you feel homesick XD

i've spent alot of times (most of it) away from home for schools but i don't really felt homesick at all, perhaps it's due to the excitement of being at a new place & meeting lots of new people...however, i do get seriously homesick once, and at that time i was so depressed that i cried a lot & losing weight...however, the truth is, it was a boarding school which can be considered as the closest place to my home, compared to all of the places i've ever been to.. and it's so ironic since the place was actually in the same city (where my home is) and it even took less than 30minutes drive from home to the school! XDD

i'm back!! i'm back!!! yatta!!
